Market Statistics

Each month, we publish a local market update provided to us by the Indiana Association of REALTORS® for Northwest Indiana. Counties included are Lake, Porter, LaPorte, Jasper, Newton, Starke and Pulaski.  These reports cover new listings, closed sales, median sales price, percent of original list price, months’ supply of inventory, and inventory of homes for sale.
