The mission of GNIAR is to help our members be productive in their business and achieve ongoing profitability through targeted education and ethical and professional standards. We are the visible voice for the real estate interests of the communities in Northwest Indiana.

GNIAR uses its mission to advocate a vision of the future that is in its members and neighbor’s best interests. We strive to maintain an influential presence within its professional, regional, and economical community to be a recognized source of information relative to regional economics, community dynamics and real estate market statistics.

History

The Greater Northwest Indiana Association of REALTORS® (GNIAR) was formed in January 1995 through a merger of the Northwest Indiana, Duneland, South Lake County and Jasper-Newton Associations of REALTORS®, which were originally chartered in 1914.
