Mark your calendar for Monday, January 10. That’s the date for IAR’s second Legal Update + Legislative Outlook. This online event was so well-received last year that we’re doing it again. IAR attorneys Richelle Mossler and Kelly Shonborn will lead a couple hours of programming aimed at reducing members’ risk. This includes legal hot topics, professional standards news, forms changes, and a presentation from NAR General Counsel Katie Johnson. Then, IAR lobbyists Maggie McShane and Anne Johnson will preview the state legislative session for us, giving an update on the bills that have the potential to affect members and Hoosier communities most directly. Plan on three hours via Zoom with a mid-morning start time.
